Initial Account Setup

This fee covers the establishment of your district's profile and policies in the Sentinel™ platform, training on the User Interface for administrators and kickoff support.

Activation Fee

This fee covers setting up each new unit on your Sentinel™ platform account and on the 3G network. This fee also covers typical new user setup support costs.

Bucket Pricing

Mobile Broadband Data Service (MBs)

Our team will work with you to determine your projected data usage. For example, if you were planning to deploy 500 devices and expected them to "average" 300 MB per month for a 10-month academic year, we would set up a bucket with 500*300*10 = 1,500,000 MB. Any use by any of these 500 devices would then "draw" from your bucket, subject to your Sentinel™ filters and data limits. Pricing for Data Service is tiered based on the quantity purchased.

Points

Kajeet has a baseline level of costs to carry active devices on the 3G network and Sentinel™ infrastructure, regardless of their level of use. One point is required for any unit to be active on a monthly basis. When a unit is activated, it will use a point for your current monthly cycle. On your monthly cycle renewal date, one point will be used for each active unit on the account. In our example above, 500 units active during 10 calendar months would have required 5,000 points. One bucket with 5,000 points would be established at the start of the project and 500 points deducted from the available balance each month. Pricing for Points is tiered based on the quantity purchased.
