      The kajeet Configurator lets families work together to manage appropriate access to all the services and features kajeet has to offer. For example, the Configurator enables the kajeet service to be turned off during school hours so that calling and texting doesn't take the place of studying. (In that particular example, calls to and from specific numbers, such as those of parents or guardians, could still be allowed.)   9. Can you tell me more about the first month free offer for the Mobile IM service?
      We sure can! When you sign up for Mobile IM on your kajeet phone, the first month is FREE. There's no charge to you. Zip. Zilch. Nada. After the first month, if you haven't contacted kajeet to terminate the Mobile IM service (by calling Customer Care at 1-866-4kajeet or logging into your My kajeet page), you'll be billed $6.99 per month for unlimited usage. To avoid future charges, you must contact kajeet to cancel Mobile IM before the first free month period ends. To use Mobile IM on your kajeet phone, you need to sign up for the IM service at www.aim.com. Please note that if you terminate your IM service with AOL, you need to separately terminate your service with kajeet in order to avoid the $6.99 monthly Mobile IM fee.

      The Vault is where backup copies of all the ringtones, wallpapers, games and apps that you own for your current phone model are stored. You can buy more content without worrying about running out of space. If you delete something, simply visit your Vault to re-download it. (Note: Refunded content cannot be re-downloaded, and the Vault is handset-specific: If you upgrade your handset to a different model, you lose access to the Vault on your previously owned phone.)
  12. How do I delete content from my phone?
      It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 ... 4. Here's what you do: 1. Select the content by highlighting the item in your content list. 2. Press the key labeled "Options." 3. Select "Delete." 4. Confirm the action by pressing the key labeled "Yes." Voila!
  13. How do I set up voicemail on my kajeet phone?
      It's easy! First, press and hold the "1" key. Then follow the directions that the system will give you to create a password, record your greeting and record your name. Voila!
  14. How long does voicemail remain in the system before it's deleted?
      As long as your account is active and in good standing, your voicemail will be there. If your account balance reaches zero and your phone number is placed in an inactive state, you have 90 days to reactivate your number. If you reactivate within the 90-day period, your voicemail will still be there.
