The call is free, and our Customer Care people are always very friendly and helpful. You can reach them Monday thru Friday, 9am. till 10pm., and Saturday 9am. till 6pm. (eastern) We are closed on Sundays.

For the holiday we are extending our hours to 11:00 pm EST from December 22nd thru December 24th, and from December 26th thru December 27th. We will be closed on December 25th.
