You're a recent college graduate with top programming skills, a passion for learning, a desire to work with the top engineers in the industry and the ability to do differential equations in your sleep. You crank out code at night for fun, contribute to one or more open source projects, think Linus Torvalds is a lightweight and (most importantly) want to make a difference.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and operate our e-commerce platform, Web site, subscriber database and customer care systems
• Design, develop and maintain the Web site with input from several internal customers including marketing, sales, product and operations
• Assist in developing our software and network architecture including careful analysis of integration across multiple geographically disperse systems that use different integration protocols
• Identify and recommend vendors to provide software system elements and perform integration work
• Perform UNIX systems administration
• Perform Oracle systems administration
• Participate in daily Agile team meetings
• Suggest improvements to the systems development process

Your qualifications:

• You have a bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 1+ year software development experience
• Experience with wireless and customer care is beneficial
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills
• You must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
• Broad knowledge of the open source and commercial e-commerce software landscape
• You need to know:
• Languages: Java and JSP, XML, HTML, Javascript, SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, csh, or other shell scripting
• Databases: mySQL, Oracle with SQL Developer or isql
• Development Platforms: Struts1.2.8/1.2.9, Spring, Tiles and Velocity Templates, iBatis and Hibernate, AppFuse, xDoclet, AppGen, DBUnit, JUnit, Tomcat, Apache, Verisign, ACEGI / CAS Authentication frameworks, Eclipse or Emacs with Subversion
• Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows with Cygwin, MacOSX
• Networking: SOAP, HTTP/S, SSH, WAP
