Fixed Wireless serves as the site's primary internet connection: the device evaluates the wireless networks at that location and connects to the best-performing option available. SmartFailover sits behind an existing wired connection, continuously monitors it, and reroutes traffic to a secure cellular path when the primary connection is unavailable.

Can we brand SmartFailover as part of our own managed service?

Yes. MSPs package SmartFailover into their managed network offering and own the client relationship end-to-end.

Who supports the end client?

You do — backed by Kajeet's dedicated channel support, staging/kitting services, and connectivity specialists.

How does SmartFailover differ from a simple cellular backup device?

Basic backup devices provide a connection but don't validate readiness, prioritize traffic, or offer multi-carrier redundancy. SmartFailover continuously verifies failover will work before it's needed and manages traffic intelligently during outages.
